Wills

Simple Wills (to cover initial appointment and appointment to sign, drafting, minimal IHT advice, no trusts)

• Simple single Will starting at £250 to £295 plus VAT
• Simple mirror Wills starting at £340 to £395 plus VAT

Additional meetings redrafting (save for minor amendments) and further or additional advice will incur additional charges to be agreed and discussed.

Wills containing a Right of Occupation of Life Interest Trust

• Single Right of Occupancy/Life Interest Will starting at £350 to £400 plus VAT
• Mirror Right of Occupancy/Life Interest Will starting at £470 to £535 plus VAT

Wills containing discretionary or other complex trust

• Single Will starting at £425 to £485 plus VAT
• Mirror Wills starting at £575 to £645 plus VAT

With any of the Wills involving trusts any additional meetings, redrafting, further or additional advice could incur additional charges to be agreed and discussed at the time.

Codicils (simple only)

• Single £150 plus VAT
• Two £200 plus VAT

Severance of joint tenancy (in conjunction with wills only)

• £150 plus VAT
  

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Single person:-

• Single LPA £375 plus VAT
• Two LPAs for one person £475 plus VAT

Couples:-

• Single LPA for each person £525 plus VAT
• Two LPAs for each person £650 plus VAT
  
  Plus £82 Court fee for each LPA
  

Enduring Powers of Attorney

Registration of EPA - Starting from £375 plus VAT plus registration fee.

Court of Protection Fees
