Fixed Fees

It is inherently difficult to provide fixed fees in the field of Civil Disputes. However, depending on the type of case, we may be able to offer an initial assessment of your case for a fixed fee of £150.00 plus VAT @ 20% - Total £180.00

This would include an interview with you for up to 60 minutes and consideration of your documents during that interview.

In appropriate cases we will be able to accept instructions on the basis of a “Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA)” that is usually referred to as "No Win, No Fee".
