We aim to provide an approachable service based on clear advice and resorting to civil proceedings only where it is clear no other alternative is appropriate.

Depending on the type of case we may be able to offer an initial assessment of your case for a fixed fee of £200.00 plus VAT @ 20% - Total £240.00

This would include an interview with you for up to 60 minutes and consideration of your documents during that interview.

In appropriate cases we may be able to accept instructions on the basis of a “Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA)” that is usually referred to as "No Win, No Fee".
