Nicola Davies

Nicola is a director of the firm and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in property and land law. Nicola qualified as a Legal Executive in 2003 and joined us in the same year. Nicola is experienced in dealing with all freehold and leasehold property transactions, including more complex transactions such as shared ownership, equity release, right to buy and advising as to declarations of trust for joint ownership.

Nicola is based in our Eastbourne office.
