Martin Davitt

Martin completed his training with a city firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. He joined Lawson Lewis Blakers in August 2020.

Martin specialises in commercial property and business matters including landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, auction purchases, Assignments, Surrenders, and Sub Leases.  He acts for a broad range of clients, from first time commercial clients to Developers, Charities and  Pension Funds (SIPPs). Martin also acts for clients when buying or selling a business, by way of an asset purchase or sale, or an entire share sale or purchase.  

Whilst based in the firm’s Eastbourne office, Martin can travel to Lewes and Peacehaven office to meet clients by appointment. 

In his spare time, Martin plays football and goes to the gym.
