We have bought and sold on a number of occasions over the years and have never received such a positive, professional but also common sense approach from our legal advisor.

Stand out points would be your fast response to our queries and your can-do approach all of which maintained the development of the sale and we would definitely recommend your service.

We appreciate during the stamp-duty holiday conveyancing workloads are high, however, from our experience we have never had such a good service.

Lawson Lewis Blakers is a Goldilocks firm: “not too big, not too small, but just right”.  Large enough to have individual practitioners who specialist in different areas – conveyancing, wills, criminal – but still retaining the personal touch of a sole practitioner firm.

My wife and I wanted to revise our Wills.  We found the website clear and well-organised, showing the qualifications and specialism of each practitioner/partner.

Terms, Conditions, charges were clearly specified after first contact.  We appreciated that changes were related to “work done” rather than the value of the estate.

Angela Hobden demonstrated professionalism and empathy in dealing with our requirements.  We appreciate the value of her counsel in explaining the likely effect of our decisions, and in taking pains to ensure that we achieved our aims.
