New Director

Lawson Lewis Blakers are delighted to announce that Chartered Legal Executive, Nicola Davies, has been appointed as a Director. Nicola has worked in the residential conveyancing department since joining the practice in 2003 and is based at our Eastbourne office. With her speciality being in property and land law, she is experienced in dealing with all freehold and leasehold property transactions including those that are more complex, such as shared ownership, new build, equity release, declarations of trust and more. We wish Nicola the best of luck in her new role!
