What is your role here?
I am a residential conveyancer, acting for individuals buying and selling properties. I also prepare trust deeds for joint owners, deal with re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions, unregistered land and give co-ownership advice.
Do you have any specialisms in your field?
Residential conveyancing as a whole, but I have a keen interest in co-ownership matters, such as declarations of trust.
What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends, going to the cinema (chickflicks and horror mostly!), running and reading.
Tell me an interesting fact about yourself?
I am grade 5 clarinet, but I haven’t picked it up in a while…!
